Mobile Architect (React Native)

What you will do

• Assess native mobile development and cross-platform options, including React Native, against product strategy and future business goals.
• Evaluate performance, scalability, maintainability, reusability, cost, skills adoption and industry benchmarks, then recommend a preferred approach.
• Deliver a proof of concept to validate feasibility, performance, platform constraints, integration complexity and architectural assumptions.
• Involve existing engineers in the proof of concept and assess learning curves, skills requirements and adoption challenges.
• Define and document the recommended architecture and core technology stack for shared and platform-specific web and mobile capabilities.
• Produce a prioritised technical backlog covering implementation tasks, dependencies, prerequisite work and capability gaps.
