Principal Solutions Architect

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid work location. This role is employed in the UK.

What you will do

• Advise on and implement full-stack solutions using hirify.global.
• Build hirify.global applications, integrate the platform with customer technology stacks, and advise on end-to-end solutions.
• Help system integration partners deliver services, provide enablement and certification, and oversee high-visibility engagements.
• Develop new professional services offerings, assist with scoping, estimating, and selling engagements.
• Advise customers on complex internal tools and act as a trusted technical advisor.
• Lead strategic initiatives, manage risks and expectations, and negotiate solutions to complex customer and partner problems.

Requirements

• 5+ years in technical, customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Customer Engineer, or Deployed Engineer.
• Hands-on full-stack development experience, including SQL, JavaScript, APIs, and Python.
• Experience designing scalable cloud architectures and integrating enterprise systems.
• Ability to use technology creatively to solve business problems and deliver scalable, efficient solutions.
• Exceptional technical communication skills, including translating requirements between business and technical teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot in real time, think on your feet, solve open-ended problems, and work in unstructured environments.
