Staff Fullstack Engineer (TypeScript)

Salary: $190,000–$240,000 USD base salary per year

hirify.global is building a marketing intelligence platform for eCommerce brands, combining attribution modeling, customizable dashboards, machine learning, AI, and first-party data.

What you will do

• Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems while leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and engineers.
• Set technical direction and contribute to scalable, reliable, high-performance software components.
• Work with Product Managers, Customer Success, customers, engineers, and domain experts to scope and deliver solutions.
• Build and evolve the hirify.global dashboard for core marketing analytics.
• Own product features end-to-end from ideation through production, independently and with engineers across the company.
• Optimize the web application for development speed and time to render, and maintain technical documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience with modern component-based libraries such as React.
• Experience creating API services using REST and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
• Ability to work independently, deliver production-ready code with high autonomy, and require minimal guidance.
• Ability to drive rapid development while maintaining long-term system maintainability and design quality.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• Proven interest and ability to mentor other engineers.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience building design systems.
• Experience optimizing frontends for large amounts of data and long loading times.
• Experience with data visualization.
• Experience in marketing, e-commerce, or ad-tech.
