Full Stack Developer (.NET)

Location: Remote; applicants must currently reside in the United States; occasional CONUS travel required.

Salary: USD $95,553–$190,000 per year.

What you will do

• Modernize the ORION Decision Support Platform supporting global force-readiness insight.
• Build Angular, SCSS, and PrimeNG user interfaces and REST services with C#/.NET.
• Design and consume APIs, optimize SQL Server access, and integrate DoD data feeds with data models.
• Develop GitLab CI pipelines, containerize services with Docker, and support Helm and Kubernetes deployments.
• Write automated tests, participate in code reviews and backlog refinement, and document technical decisions, API contracts, and runbooks.
• Troubleshoot production issues, tune frontend, .NET, and SQL performance, address security findings, and meet IL5 performance SLAs.

Requirements

• Current United States residency and an active SECRET clearance are required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline; equivalent experience is considered.
• At least 5 years of professional software development experience with full-stack responsibility.
• Hands-on expertise with Angular, modern TypeScript, RxJS, and component-driven architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with C#/.NET 8, Web API, and Entity Framework.
• Experience with SQL Server schema design, query optimization, and stored procedures.
• Experience with Git/GitLab, branching strategies, and merge-request workflows.
• Docker fundamentals and basic familiarity with Kubernetes or another container orchestration platform.
• Working knowledge of automated testing and CI/CD concepts.

Nice to have

• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD TS/SCI clearance.
• Military or defense systems experience.
• AWS and other cloud-based development and deployment experience.
• Experience with database management systems, API development, and integration.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with diverse teams.
