Senior Full Stack Engineer (Product Led Growth)

Location: Remote from anywhere in Canada.

Base salary: $170,400–$234,300 CAD per year.

What you will do

• Build customer-facing product experiences that help advertisers discover, adopt, and gain value from the platform.
• Own features end-to-end across the full stack, focusing on intuitive, performant, and scalable web experiences.
• Architect frontend experiences, web APIs, component libraries, and backend systems.
• Work with Product and Design to identify customer needs and turn ambiguous problems into iterative solutions.
• Use customer feedback, product data, and experimentation to measure impact and improve experiences.
• Contribute through code and technical reviews, mentorship, performance improvements, and technical simplification.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building highly performant web applications and customer-facing product experiences.
• Strong full-stack engineering experience, particularly in frontend and product development.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Design on high-impact, end-to-end product experiences.
• A strong customer mindset and the ability to use customer needs in product and technical decisions.
• Experience with data-driven product development, including product data, customer feedback, and A/B testing or experimentation.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and creating clarity in a fast-moving product environment.
• Experience building well-tested software and analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing web application performance across the stack.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of React, TypeScript, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, and Go.
