What you will do

• Lead annual and multi-year financial planning, budgeting, and renewal and retention forecasting.
• Analyze customer-level data to identify renewal risks, opportunities, performance drivers, and variances to plan.
• Develop governance policies and consistent metrics for renewal management and scalable decision-making.
• Partner with Renewal Management, Finance, Data Science, Operations, Customer Success, and go-to-market teams on financial and operational analysis.
• Deliver monthly renewal analytics, strategic analyses, and executive narratives to support resource allocation and retention strategies.
• Apply AI-powered tools and automation to improve forecasting, reporting, and the scale of Strategic Finance insights.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, revenue operations, or finance partnership roles supporting go-to-market teams.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and enterprise software metrics, including renewals, retention, and ARR.
• Experience with financial statements, customer and operational data, advanced Excel, and financial modeling.
• Ability to translate complex financial and operational data into clear recommendations and executive-level narratives.
• Strong analytical, structured problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, automation, or productivity.

Nice to have

• Investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or high-growth technology company experience.
• Renewals, retention, or bookings forecasting experience in SaaS, enterprise software, or AI.
• SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, or comparable analytics and visualization experience.
• Experience developing scalable reporting, forecasting, or analytical processes.
• Degree in economics, business, accounting, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
