Product Analyst

Location: Hybrid in Leeds, Slough, Leyland, or Eccles, United Kingdom; occasional travel to operational depots and sites across the UK is required.

What you will do

• Map and analyse current- and future-state business processes.
• Gather, document, and validate business requirements through stakeholder workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions.
• Analyse operational, performance, and usage data; quantify, track, and validate business benefits.
• Investigate business issues, identify root causes, and assess the impact of change on people, processes, and systems.
• Conduct user research, identify efficiency and continuous improvement opportunities, and support business case development.
• Assist Product Owners with discovery, assessment activities, and second-line product support.

Requirements

• Experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience documenting business processes and requirements.
• Ability to engage comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Interest in technology and business systems, with the ability to understand how products support operational processes.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or supporting systems in WMS, Fleet, HSE, HR, or Finance.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methods or business systems.
