Business Analyst (Digital Retail)

What you will do

• Lead small-to-medium-sized projects and support larger, more complex projects.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and work independently within the business analysis area.
• Identify customer and stakeholder needs and use quantitative and qualitative user data to define outcomes.
• Analyse customer experiences and journeys, identifying and implementing optimization opportunities.
• Source and elicit requirements, facilitate business priorities, document requirements, and define acceptance criteria.
• Advance the business analyst community through best-practice sharing and mentoring.

Requirements

• Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and engage customers or stakeholders to collect evidence of user needs.
• Ability to compare and select appropriate processes or delivery methods, and measure and evaluate outcomes.
• Experience analysing customer experience and journeys, identifying optimization opportunities, and using techniques such as gap analysis to evaluate and establish requirements.
• Experience using a wide range of techniques to confidently model situations and gain agreement from subject matter experts and stakeholders.
• Ability to elicit requirements and facilitate business priorities for medium-complexity change initiatives.
• Ability to accurately document requirements, define clear acceptance criteria, identify issues and risks, and analyse and report test activities and results.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Lean practices.
