Business Analyst (AI)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with attendance in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week

What you will do

• Work across business analysis, strategy development, and digital consulting engagements.
• Gather, document, and refine business and technical requirements with clients and internal teams; define problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Map current and future processes and user journeys, analysing pain points, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct user and market research through interviews, workshops, and surveys, and support competitor and trend analysis.
• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria; maintain traceability between requirements, solutions, and business value.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage and prioritise product backlogs, collaborate with product, strategy, engineering, and other stakeholders, and support proposals, bid content, and account management.

Requirements

• Experience in a digital environment across business analysis, consulting, digital strategy, or a related role, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to work across PA industries, including consumer and manufacturing, public sector, defence and security, energy and utilities, financial services, and transport.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, including interpreting data, identifying patterns, and developing strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Jira, Miro, user journey mapping, and prioritisation frameworks.
• Collaborative, proactive, and curious approach to learning, with the ability to build strong relationships and deliver within cross-functional teams.
• Experience using AI tools and techniques to support requirements elicitation, insight generation, and decision-making.
