Senior Business Analyst

What you will do

• Capture client and service needs, map processes, and define functional and non-functional requirements aligned with project goals.
• Lead small-to-medium-sized projects and discovery engagements in a consultancy and pre-sales capacity, while supporting larger and more complex projects.
• Conduct research and UAT, identify risks and mitigations, and work independently or as part of the delivery team.
• Own and manage stakeholder relationships with new and existing clients and support Delivery Managers, Product Managers, Lead Business Analysts, and senior leaders.
• Contribute to bid writing by defining requirements, scope, and solutions for commercial proposals.
• Drive continuous improvement and support BA community activities, standards, knowledge sharing, and hiring.

Requirements

• Experience performing end-to-end business analysis, including capturing needs, mapping service processes, and documenting detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ability to apply business analysis principles and tools to align requirements and processes with project goals.
• Ability to lead small-to-medium-sized projects in a consultancy capacity and support larger, more complex projects.
• Experience carrying out research, UAT, risk identification, and mitigation.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and contribute to successful project delivery.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within delivery teams.
• Ability to apply agile and lean tools and techniques.
• Ability to support strategic goals, community of practice activities, bid writing, and commercial proposals.
