HR Business Partner Consultant (Manufacturing)

Location: Devens, MA, US; 100% onsite

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR partner to site leadership and employees.
• Lead employee relations investigations and resolution efforts.
• Coach managers on performance management, accountability, and employee development.
• Drive workforce, succession, and talent management planning.
• Support organizational change, business transformation, HR projects, and continuous improvement.
• Analyze HR metrics, identify workforce trends, ensure compliance, and partner with talent acquisition, HR centers of excellence, and leadership teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of progressive HR Business Partner or HR Management experience.
• Proven experience managing employee relations and workplace investigations.
• Strong leadership coaching, influencing, communication, and business partnership skills.
• Experience using HRIS systems and workforce analytics.
• The role is a 6-month onsite contract in Devens, MA.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or plant HR experience.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification.
