HR Business Partner Manager (Manufacturing)

Location: Clearwater, Florida, United States. Work arrangement: Onsite. Minimal travel required.

Starting base pay: $130,146–$160,769 annually, plus variable compensation based on performance metrics.

What you will do

• Partner with business unit management teams and leaders as a strategic HR advisor on employee-related issues and business priorities.
• Lead organizational development, talent management, performance management, talent acquisition, succession planning, retention, and workforce planning initiatives.
• Support recruiting needs, job requirements, candidate screening, selection, compensation planning, and HR best practices.
• Interpret employment laws and company policies, address non-compliance, and oversee employee relations programs, communications, surveys, and training.
• Manage employee and labor relations in a union environment, including collective bargaining preparation and negotiations and alignment with collective bargaining agreements.
• Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to HR Business Partners and other HR professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 4–6 years of professional Human Resources experience and 1–2 years of relevant leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with business leaders on employee relations, talent management, and organizational initiatives.
• Knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and employee relations practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach and develop others while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day business needs.
• Direct reports are part of the role.

Nice to have

• HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience supporting unionized employees, labor relations, or collective bargaining.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification.
• Experience leading HR Business Partners or other HR professionals.
