Engineering Manager, Enterprise (AI)

What you will do

• Lead engineering strategy and execution for the hirify.global for Business roadmap, delivering features and infrastructure for enterprise customers.
• Oversee B2B product development across the mobile app, web-based L&D portal, and custom enterprise solutions.
• Manage, mentor, and support the technical and career development of a high-performing engineering team.
• Partner with Product, Design, Sales, and engineering teams to navigate customer needs, technical trade-offs, and priorities.
• Guide AI-powered features such as assessment tools and coordinate with infrastructure and data teams on robust, scalable, and secure platforms.
• Direct custom integrations with third-party systems, including HRIS and HR platforms, to support onboarding and data management.

Requirements

• 8+ years of industry experience, including 3+ years in an engineering leadership role.
• Strong technical background with hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Node.js, Postgres, and BigQuery.
• Experience building and scaling B2B or enterprise products, preferably globally.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams.
• Strong product intuition and effective collaboration with product managers, designers, and other cross-functional partners.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, including explaining technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

• Experience with AI/ML-powered product features.
• Experience developing custom integrations for enterprise clients.
