Program & Integration Lead (Data & Analytics Transformation)

What you will do

• Lead delivery within a global Data & Analytics transformation program.
• Coordinate regional business stakeholders, global delivery teams, architecture, data engineering, and governance functions.
• Integrate regional requirements into a global data platform while maintaining alignment with program objectives.
• Manage system integration, dependencies, data modernization, migration, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines.
• Engage with architects, data engineers, technical delivery teams, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Delivery Management, PMO, or Transformation Leadership roles.
• Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional transformation initiatives and coordinating stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong experience with Enterprise Data Warehousing and Data Analytics environments, including data warehouse modernization and migration, data integration, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, cloud-based data platforms, data modeling, data governance, master data management, reporting, analytics, and system integration.
• Experience with Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, or similar cloud-based data platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Healthcare sector, including understanding of commercial pharmaceutical data domains such as sales and performance analytics, customer data, and HCP data.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization with strong facilitation, negotiation, conflict-resolution, structured, proactive, and outcome-oriented capabilities.

Nice to have

• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or similar certification.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Power BI, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience in global data transformation, platform consolidation, or data product programs.
• Exposure to AI and advanced analytics initiatives.
