Infrastructure Program Manager

hirify.global is a deep-tech fusion company developing the infrastructure, hardware, and stellarator machines required for a commercial fusion power plant.

What you will do

• Own and actively manage infrastructure and siting schedules across the Alpha and Stellaris programs, including buildings, utilities, permitting milestones, and site readiness.
• Translate detailed infrastructure schedules into validated inputs for the integrated master schedule.
• Identify infrastructure critical paths, interdependencies, and risks, including dependencies on equipment and magnet-line arrival dates.
• Coordinate with the Master Scheduler, Risk & Change Manager, and project management teams to keep infrastructure and program timelines aligned.
• Maintain consistent infrastructure milestone governance, coding, and leveling conventions.
• Prepare infrastructure schedule status inputs for release-gate decisions.

Requirements

• Experience managing infrastructure or site development schedules on complex capital programs, ideally across multiple sites or parallel projects.
• Comfort working with federated schedules and translating detailed infrastructure planning into an integrated program view.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills for aligning site project managers and technical teams with the Master Scheduler’s baseline.
• Fluent English required; German is a strong advantage because of the permitting and contractor landscape.
• Ability to work with high autonomy in a fast-scaling environment that is still being built.
