Senior Project Manager (Healthcare IT)

Location: Fully remote, based in the United States; candidates able to work hours aligned with the Eastern Time Zone are preferred. Travel of up to 20% may be required.

Salary: $120,000–$130,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of client projects and internal initiatives within agreed milestones, budgets, scope, and quality standards.
• Define project scope, deliverables, work breakdown structures, dependencies, timelines, and responsibilities with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain project plans, track progress, communicate updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Monitor performance, identify and escalate risks and issues, and drive delivery challenges through resolution.
• Coordinate workloads and resources while ensuring alignment with project governance, methodologies, and the Product Life Cycle Management process.
• Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency, assessing dependencies and impacts across competing initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant project management and/or management experience.
• Required experience in digital health or healthcare IT.
• PMP certification.
• Strong project planning, organization, tracking, and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence and collaborate across teams and business levels.
• Experience identifying project risks, resolving delivery challenges, and driving issues through resolution.
• Ability to analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement practical solutions.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• A bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with hirify.global solutions or similar healthcare technology products.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple teams, stakeholders, and competing priorities.
