IT Project Manager II - Digital and Technology Partners - Hybrid (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid; preferred location in the New York tri-state area (NY, NJ, or CT) with occasional onsite attendance as needed

Salary: $120,000–$180,060 annually

What you will do

• Lead, plan, manage, and direct multiple complex technology projects with enterprise-wide impact.
• Coordinate project teams, schedules, team building, staffing, and budget resources.
• Build working relationships with client functional areas outside IT and communicate progress to senior management.
• Track project progress against timelines, budgets, objectives, and demonstrated results, modifying schedules as needed.
• Negotiate with clients, staff, and external vendors while establishing quality and performance targets.
• Apply project management methodologies and control techniques; contribute to infrastructure changes and disaster recovery implementation when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Eight years of diverse technology experience across multiple areas, including at least four years in a leadership position, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least five years of experience supervising technical staff.
• Solid project management skills and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a cross-functional environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team-building skills.
• Business judgment and proven expertise directing the efforts of technical staff.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Healthcare experience.
