Senior Project Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Hybrid, Chelmsford, Massachusetts, United States

Salary: $115,700–$140,000 annual base salary, plus eligibility for an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of complex projects spanning multiple business units and functions.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Manage scope, risks, dependencies, issues, and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and drive alignment with stakeholders, executives, project teams, business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Mentor, coach, and provide day-to-day leadership for Project Managers and project team members as appropriate.
• Champion project management best practices and continuous improvement of departmental tools, templates, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional business transformation or IT projects.
• Proven success managing complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, interpersonal, consensus-building, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and develop project teams, including experience managing other Project Managers or large project teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, strategic, tactical, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and reporting practices.
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, or other highly regulated industries.

Nice to have

• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
