Requirements
5–8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, GTM systems, or a related field, including meaningful experience supporting an outbound sales team at a B2B technology company.
Ability to take ambiguous process or system problems through design, implementation, adoption, and measurable productivity, efficiency, and accuracy improvements.
Hands-on administration experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, including CRM architecture, objects and properties, pipelines, workflows, permissions, data quality, reporting, and best practices.
Administrator-level experience with Salesloft or Outreach and a dialer such as Nooks, including sequence design, call logging, dispositions, and CRM synchronization.
