Process Engineer (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Lead multifunctional projects and teams focused on sustaining critical fab processes and improving tool utilization.
• Lead and participate in new tool installations, designs, and characterizations.
• Provide technical expertise for new product and process rollouts.
• Monitor daily WIP charts and respond to trend shifts and abnormal processing events.
• Build relationships across fab teams and prioritize personal work and the work of reporting technicians.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience setting up, operating, and troubleshooting semiconductor processing tools, including scrubbers, defect inspection tools, metrology tools, and sorters.
• User-level experience with fab-wide systems including SPACE, CMMS, and MES.
• Strong decision-making skills based on timely and thorough data analysis.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-changing, high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Semiconductor process understanding is strongly desired.
