What you will do

• Lead navigation and coordination to achieve yield objectives for advanced silicon process technologies.
• Organize and present process parameter summaries to Logic Technology Development engineering teams.
• Partner with technology development integration, yield, and module engineers to understand root causes affecting critical process parameters.
• Characterize processes using advanced metrology tools and develop yield-cliff parameter improvement roadmaps.
• Develop and qualify process fixes, ramp technologies to manufacturing volumes, and transfer technology using the Copy Exactly Methodology.
• Promote quality, accountability, safety, collaboration, and excellence across teams and collaborators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer/Data Science, Physics, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Optics, Chemistry, or a related field with a focus on hands-on experimental research, plus 4+ years of engineering industry experience; or
• Master’s degree in one of the listed or related fields with a focus on hands-on experimental research, plus 3+ years of engineering industry experience; or
• PhD in one of the listed or related fields with a focus on hands-on experimental research.
• Strong data analysis and process-debugging skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand and adhere to hirify.global values.

Nice to have

• 1+ year of experience with materials characterization such as SEM or TEM, materials fabrication, synthesis, metrology, or statistical and data analysis using MATLAB, Excel, or JMP.
• Experience with semiconductor processing fundamentals, including lithography, wet or dry etch, chemical or mechanical polishing, semiconductor or transistor device physics, and design of experiments.
• Experience with Statistical Process Control or Design of Experiments principles.
