2027 Summer Process Engineer Intern (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Support process engineering through customer demonstration execution.
• Collect, analyze, and report data from basic process engineering experiments.
• Perform hardware characterization on basic systems and measure film properties.
• Troubleshoot process issues, perform root cause analysis, and support resolution.
• Create product documentation, presentations, and technical reports.
• Lead small development projects involving wafer metrology.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field.
• Must be in good academic standing; a GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
• Experience in semiconductor processing or manufacturing is preferred.
• Quick learner.
