What you will do

• Train warehouse staff on operational procedures and job responsibilities.
• Support the Operations Process Leader in adjusting and improving individual process stages.
• Oversee the proper use, tracking, maintenance, and inventory of technical equipment.
• Identify irregularities and report operational disruptions in the HUB to the supervisor during the shift.

Requirements

• Professional experience in operational logistics, such as a sort center, HUB, or warehouse environment.
• Communicative Polish and confidence training operational staff on procedures.
• A responsible approach to technical equipment, including tracking, maintenance, and inventory management.
• Strong observational skills and the ability to quickly identify process disruptions during a shift.
