Strategic Growth Program Manager - Advanced Packaging

Location: Hybrid, preferably at hirify.global headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware; other locations considered, including the Bay Area, Arizona, Taiwan, and locations aligned with hirify.global’s semiconductor and advanced packaging footprint.

What you will do

• Lead a portfolio of enterprise-level strategic growth and incubation programs aligned with the Advanced Packaging strategy, from opportunity framing through validation, scale-up, and transition to the receiving business.
• Translate strategic priorities into integrated plans covering workstreams, owners, deliverables, milestones, decision gates, resources, dependencies, risks, and success metrics.
• Establish program governance, review cadences, action tracking, risk escalation, decision logs, and portfolio dashboards.
• Drive alignment and execution across Marketing and New Business Development, Technology, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and business leadership.
• Provide concise executive reporting and portfolio reviews covering progress, business impact, risks, dependencies, resource needs, decisions, and recommended actions.
• Build accountability across workstream leaders and cross-functional groups while maintaining momentum through ambiguity and organizational complexity.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional growth, innovation, commercialization, and/or strategic transformation projects.
• Experience converting ambiguous opportunities or strategic priorities into structured programs with measurable business impact and outcomes.
• Experience organizing enterprise-level programs involving multiple businesses, functions, workstreams, and senior stakeholders.
• Strong command of program governance, integrated planning, milestone and dependency management, risk management, resource coordination, and action tracking.
• Ability to create executive reporting that distills complex information into progress updates, choices, risks, recommendations, and required decisions.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders, navigate competing priorities, and build alignment across global, cross-functional, and cross-business teams.
• Excellent planning, organizational, facilitation, and executive communication skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Advanced degree in chemistry, materials science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least eight years of relevant professional experience, including at least five years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Experience with stage gate, lean innovation, and agile project management frameworks.

Nice to have

• Experience in the semiconductor and/or electronics industry.
• Advanced packaging experience.
• Six Sigma, PMP, PMI-ACP, or other project management credentials.
• Korean and/or Mandarin language skills.
