Technical Project Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Gloucester, MA, United States; travel required up to 10% of the time. Relocation eligible.

Salary: $96,000–$132,000 per year.

What you will do

• Define and execute product-level cost reduction, resiliency, and value engineering strategies for implanter product lines.
• Own a portfolio of value programs from concept through qualification and production enablement.
• Build cost models and forecasts, track realized savings, and report performance against plans.
• Integrate value initiatives into product roadmaps and align priorities with business units.
• Lead execution across engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain, resolving risks, dependencies, conflicts, and critical-path issues.
• Evaluate design, sourcing, specification, cost, quality, risk, and schedule trade-offs to improve manufacturability and supply chain resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience with increasing responsibility leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience delivering multi-million-dollar cost reduction and value engineering programs.
• Experience managing multi-project portfolios with measurable business impact.
• Strong expertise in product cost structures and value engineering for complex electromechanical systems.
• Ability to build cost models, evaluate trade-offs, quantify business impact, and apply data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to influence engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain stakeholders without direct authority.
• Clear communication skills with technical teams and senior leadership.
• Experience in the semiconductor capital equipment industry or similarly complex manufacturing environments is expected for success in the role.
