Sr, Director - Technical Project / Program Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, CA; travel required 10% of the time.

Salary: $192,000.00–$264,000.00 per year.

What you will do

• Direct an engineering group responsible for complex engineering programs, including design, development, implementation, budgets, and release schedules.
• Anticipate future needs and introduce new engineering design and development approaches at division or segment level.
• Develop long-range plans, engineering and product strategies, and review engineering specifications.
• Ensure programs, strategies, and processes address high-value problems and align with organizational direction.
• Lead interfaces with internal and external customers on engineering issues involving division products.
• Provide leadership and approval guidance to engineering managers while defining performance metrics and reporting progress against division goals.

Requirements

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of systems, theories, practices, and the changing business environment.
• In-depth knowledge of the relevant business segment or function, including commercial expertise.
• Experience leading a business unit, department, or sub-function through multiple levels of managers and diverse activities.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies supporting key business objectives.
• Ability to evaluate major business challenges and direct innovative solutions.
• Ability to influence and negotiate at senior executive levels and present or defend complex or sensitive issues.
• Understanding of and ongoing compliance with hirify.global' global Standards of Business Conduct.
