Technical Project/Program Management (Semiconductor)

Location: Gloucester, Massachusetts, United States; travel required approximately 10% of the time. Relocation is not available.

Salary: $116,000–$159,500 per year, with potential bonus and stock award compensation where applicable.

What you will do

• Prepare project plans and drive projects from conception and planning through implementation, including strategies, processes, and resources.
• Manage project schedules, task details, tracking reports, checklists, and project scheduling software.
• Coordinate divisional resources, purchase requisitions, and purchase orders to achieve on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Drive equipment cost and schedule performance for internal and external customers and vendors worldwide.
• Participate in multifunctional design teams and provide technical input to achieve project goals.
• Define project objectives, provide status updates, support release and deployment, and resolve project complications.

Requirements

• Depth and/or breadth of expertise in the relevant specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity.
• Ability to lead others in solving complex problems using sophisticated analytical judgment and innovative solutions.
• Ability to communicate difficult concepts and negotiate with others to adopt different points of view.
