IT Product Manager (AI)

Location: Remote - Texas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually; compensation range also listed as $72,600–$109,000.

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for field services products covering scheduling, routing, work order management, and field tools.
• Conduct discovery with program, operations, quality assurance, and field teams, translating findings into prioritized requirements and roadmaps.
• Create product requirements, prototypes, standard configurations, and explicit tradeoffs for stakeholder decisions.
• Lead requirements workshops and partner with engineering, design, IT, vendors, marketing, and growth teams to deliver and launch enterprise solutions.
• Define migration paths across existing program tools, track success metrics, and iterate based on data and field feedback.
• Make complex prioritization decisions while maintaining product quality, platform coherence, and reliable change and release management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or related business field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of product management experience, including roadmap definition and feature delivery tradeoffs.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted processes and tools such as Claude Cowork, Claude Code, and/or Claude Design.
• Strong prioritization, organization, planning, strategic-thinking, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect strategic goals with detailed execution and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
• Strong interpersonal and alignment-building skills across leadership, cross-functional partners, and clients in a matrixed environment.
• Curiosity, a consultant’s mindset, self-direction, and willingness to experiment and learn quickly.

• Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks and meet applicable DOT requirements when required.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of digital platforms such as work order or field service management, CRM, digital commerce, CMS, or PIM.
• Experience with field service, scheduling and routing, work order management, or field-tool products.
• Experience with energy efficiency, renewable energy, and/or utility technology concepts, practices, and procedures.
