Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Virtual, Florida, United States; US citizenship and work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements are required. Occasional travel to a physical office may be required.

Salary: $110,000–$122,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Own product strategy, roadmaps, priorities, success measures, and outcomes for assigned products and capabilities.
• Analyze customer, business, operational, market, and data needs to identify and validate opportunities.
• Partner with Design, Engineering, Architecture, Data, AI, Operations, and business stakeholders to define valuable, usable, feasible, and scalable solutions.
• Define requirements, business rules, experience expectations, success measures, and product tradeoffs.
• Drive delivery, monitor product performance, and use customer feedback and measurable results to improve outcomes.
• Apply approved AI tools to research, analysis, planning, documentation, communication, automation, analytics, personalization, and product innovation while validating outputs and maintaining accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, benefits administration, healthcare, retirement, HR technology, operations, consulting, technology, or a related discipline.
• Ability to translate customer, business, or operational needs into solutions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience prioritizing competing needs, making tradeoffs, and influencing decisions across cross-functional teams.
• Analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, communication, or decision-making.
• US citizenship is required because the role supports federal government or federal government contractor services; proof is required at hire.
• Work authorization in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship is required.

Nice to have

• Experience owning digital products, platforms, or capabilities.
• Experience with product discovery, roadmap development, requirements definition, and product optimization.
• Experience in benefits, healthcare, retirement, leave management, employee experience, HR technology, or enterprise SaaS.
• Experience with configurable, multi-client platforms.
• Experience with AI-enabled products, analytics, automation, personalization, or digital assistants.
