Senior Business Operations Analyst (Revenue Assurance)

Location: Remote within Brazil only

What you will do

• Analyze incidents across Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, Fraud, and Client Master Data, identifying anomalies, root causes, and potential revenue losses.
• Track root-cause changes, recommendations, and corrective actions to protect the accuracy of revenue flows.
• Collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, Billing, Payments, Invoicing, Identity, and Fraud teams.
• Document services, billing processes, analyses, findings, resolutions, and recurring patterns.
• Ensure Billing Assurance across the lineage from issue analysis through recurrences, subscriptions, upsells, and related billing services.
• Operate and maintain the RAID tool, including discrepancy analyses and support for other teams.

Requirements

• Prior business operations experience and SQL are mandatory.
• Experience in Product and Engineering agile environments, including microservices and direct involvement in IT Operations.
• Experience with SQL technologies such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Portuguese and English.
• Software quality and test automation mindset.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and pattern recognition.
• Ability to translate complex billing and revenue issues into clear, actionable findings for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini for data analysis, documentation, and daily operations.
• Proactive and collaborative approach.
