Analyst/Senior Analyst, Business Operations & Strategy

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $95,000–$130,000 annually, with potential bonus and benefits.

What you will do

• Partner across business units to use analytical insights for strategic decisions and stronger financial results.
• Support incentive compensation design, product and pricing pilots, customer acquisition, user contribution, and product prioritization.
• Analyze data using Excel and additional tools including SQL, Salesforce, Python, Google Analytics, and Tableau.
• Identify actionable insights, recommend improvements, and communicate findings to cross-functional groups.
• Create Tableau dashboards covering KPIs, marketing effectiveness, and business trends and drivers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in Business, Math, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant business experience solving analytical problems with quantitative approaches.
• Exposure to a variety of business models and functions.
• Exceptional Excel modeling and data-analysis skills; SQL experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving ability, including transitioning between detailed data and high-level insights.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with executive management and frontline employees.
