What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized end-to-end processes for go-to-market teams.
• Collaborate with sales, data, product, and other cross-functional teams to improve revenue generation and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with leadership by providing strategic insights, recommendations, and performance reporting.
• Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources that improve critical levers within assigned functions.
• Oversee analytics, performance analyses, dashboards, reports, and KPIs for associated go-to-market functions.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations at high-growth technology companies.
• Proven experience developing and implementing end-to-end solutions from data collection and analysis through execution.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps.
• Strong analytical skills and proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools such as Sigma.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional work.
• Highly adaptable, proactive, and focused on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Strong coachability and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
