Senior Business Operations Analyst

Location: Hybrid; New York Office, Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, or Pennsylvania, United States

Salary: Tier 1 $125,000–$161,000 annually; Tier 2 $105,000–$141,000 annually. Equity and bonus offered.

What you will do

• Translate company priorities into clear plans, operating rhythms, measurable outcomes, and executive-ready materials.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through analysis, recommendations, implementation, and follow-through.
• Support planning cadences, business reviews, KPI reporting, process improvements, systems improvements, and change initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Security, and other functions.
• Identify workflow friction and design scalable processes, tools, and operating mechanisms.
• Manage multiple workstreams, facilitate stakeholder alignment, and balance speed, rigor, and change management.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, finance, program management, or a related field, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate data into insights, recommendations, and decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create executive-ready narratives and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and measurable outcomes.
• Strong project and program management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, influence without authority, and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic environment.
• Curiosity, adaptability, willingness to learn quickly, challenge assumptions, and improve the company and team.

Nice to have

• Business Operations or Strategy & Operations experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company.
• Experience with business intelligence, data, and collaboration tools; Jira, Confluence, Databricks, spreadsheets, SQL, and AI-powered tools are a plus.
• Experience supporting annual or quarterly planning, operating cadences, business reviews, resource allocation, or strategic planning.
• Experience establishing KPIs, building performance dashboards, and using data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Experience supporting pricing and packaging, go-to-market or commercialization initiatives, product launches, or broader change-management efforts.
• Experience applying agile, lean, or other process-improvement methodologies.
• Interest in and general knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency, including key players and market dynamics.
