Product Engineer - Energy Cables

Location: Sorocaba, Brazil; hybrid workplace

hirify.global develops and manufactures energy cable products and related industrial solutions.

What you will do

• Plan, research, develop, and improve energy cable products from conception and design through industrialization.
• Define product development information with customers and conduct technical and technological prospecting.
• Prepare designs, specifications, prototypes, materials, processes, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Monitor construction, testing, and analysis of results while ensuring compliance with technical standards.
• Lead product research, feasibility, modification, qualification, certification, and homologation projects.
• Provide technical support to the factory, marketing, and commercial teams, including customer visits and technical materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
• Advanced English, written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel.
• Proven experience in R&D, manufacturing, or quality.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.

Nice to have

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience with Excel macros and VBA.
