Application Engineer II: Digital Design - Synthesis & Implementation

What you will do

• Provide technical support for digital and signoff products, helping customers deploy logical and physical implementation technologies.
• Work with global peers and customer engineering teams to understand needs, verify problems, and create solution tests.
• Deliver final resolutions and guide customers toward effective technologies and methodologies.
• Work with tools including Genus, Modus, Innovus, Conformal, and Tempus.
• Track the competitive landscape and help differentiate hirify.global solutions.
• Develop support articles and application notes for customers and coworkers.

Requirements

• Completed bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good understanding of RTL with Verilog or VHDL.
• Exposure to synthesis, place-and-route methodologies, or signoff timing.
• Exposure to microelectronics or EDA, with experience in IC front-end or back-end flows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong problem-solving skills.
• Technical interest in EDA, HDLs, and logic design, with an interest in contributing to customer success.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Tcl and Python.
• Proven participation in IC tape-outs.
