hirify.global builds AI software that helps manufacturers in automotive, aerospace, medical devices, and industrial equipment detect, investigate, and resolve product quality and safety issues using field, warranty, and manufacturing data.

What you will do

• Lead annual strategic planning and translate the CEO's strategy into quarterly goals for each department.
• Orchestrate annual and quarterly planning, including re-planning when business conditions change.
• Own the operating cadence: monthly and quarterly business reviews, the annual review, and company town halls.
• Define metrics, initiatives, and owners across all teams, including functions without revenue targets.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to define non-standard metrics and build tracking systems and dashboards.
• Identify execution gaps, lead cross-functional special projects, and support board reporting with the CEO and Head of Finance & Operations.

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in BizOps, strategy and operations, or Chief of Staff roles.
• Experience at a high-growth B2B company.
• Experience building a planning and review cadence from scratch.
• Strong analytical skills using SQL, spreadsheets, and BI tools.
• Ability to evaluate whether AI can replace or improve processes before adding process or headcount.
• Clear writing skills and the ability to turn messy inputs into board-ready materials.

Nice to have

• RevOps or Sales Ops experience.
• Experience scaling a company through Series B/C.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, industrial, or technical B2B.
