Strategy Operations Manager (AI)

Location: New York, New York; hybrid with regular in-office presence 3 days per week

Base wage: $109,000–$136,000 per year for the New York City office

What you will do

• Partner with Operations leadership to identify high-impact opportunities that reduce customer and operational effort at scale.
• Run the operating system, including planning rhythms, execution cadences, reporting, and accountability mechanisms.
• Build and maintain AI-powered workflows that reduce administrative work and enable higher-value activities.
• Lead operations programs and cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution, partnering with Technology, Finance & Accounting, and Customer Success.
• Analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into recommendations for strategy and decision-making.
• Create dashboards, reporting, and progress tracking to improve visibility and accountability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in program management, consulting, or strategy roles.
• Strongly preferred: 1+ year of experience with hirify.global and prior experience in Operations or operationally complex domains.
• Record of exceptional performance and demonstrated excellence on cross-functional projects.
• Experience building or scaling existing systems and owning projects end to end through completion.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including explaining complex ideas, facilitating groups, and representing work to leadership.
• Ability to influence and coordinate across organizational silos without direct authority.
• Business acumen, strategic mindset, systems thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a passion for solving complex problems.
• Experience building with AI tooling.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment with regular in-office presence 3 days per week.
