Director, Platform Delivery Lead (Fintech)

Base salary: $130,000–$281,000 per year

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex cross-platform programs and translate platform strategy and product roadmaps into executable plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Forecast, plan, and allocate capacity across platforms and practices, including capitalization and resource alignment.
• Lead cross-group risk governance, escalation management, execution governance, and decision forums.
• Drive product and capability adoption, remove delivery barriers, facilitate communication, and track implementation progress.
• Maintain integrity and transparency of platform delivery data, controls, and reporting while ensuring adherence to enterprise delivery frameworks and tooling.
• Develop talent pipelines, mentor leaders and practitioners, foster craft excellence, and apply responsible AI to optimize delivery flow within policy guardrails.

Requirements

• 15–20 years of experience leading large-scale delivery across business, engineering, and operations, including significant senior leadership experience in complex matrix environments.
• Proven success delivering cross-platform programs, infrastructure modernization, and digital transformation with measurable commercial impact.
• Deep understanding of the intersection of technology, operations, and client experience, with the ability to translate strategy and product vision into executable delivery plans.
• Executive presence, clear and structured communication, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with resource and capacity planning for global teams, organization design for high performance, matrix leadership, and collaboration.
• Fluency with delivery tooling such as JIRA and enterprise reporting, with strong evidence and controls discipline.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Resilience, adaptability, structured problem solving, continuous improvement, decisiveness under pressure, and the ability to connect senior leadership.
