Agile Delivery Manager

Location: Onsite at RiskPoint’s Copenhagen office, Denmark, with occasional domestic and international travel. Applicants must currently reside in Denmark and hold a valid Danish work and residence permit.

What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day delivery across multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
• Translate priorities and outcomes into realistic, sequenced delivery plans with clear milestones and follow-up.
• Facilitate planning sessions, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other delivery meetings.
• Identify dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions; coordinate escalations and resolution.
• Coordinate release and implementation activities, including readiness, testing, approvals, communication, and handover.
• Support agile ways of working, continuous improvement, governance, collaboration, and concise status reporting.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken Danish and English is required.
• Minimum 4–5 years of professional experience in agile delivery, project delivery, Scrum Master roles, delivery coordination, or a similar position.
• Hands-on experience adapting agile ways of working to different teams and types of work.
• Experience planning and coordinating delivery across stakeholders, teams, or external partners.
• Ability to identify dependencies, risks, blockers, and decisions and ensure follow-through.
• Experience facilitating meetings and establishing clear actions, ownership, and next steps.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, including explaining complex delivery topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Structured approach to planning, documentation, status reporting, and follow-up, with the confidence to challenge unclear priorities and unrealistic commitments constructively.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar planning and collaboration tools; proven teamwork and relationship-building across organisational boundaries.

Nice to have

• Experience with software delivery, testing, release, and implementation processes.
• Experience working with distributed or cross-border teams.
• Certification in Scrum, agile delivery, or project management.
