Technical Delivery Manager

Location: Full-time on-site assignment in Copenhagen, Denmark with a public-sector customer.

What you will do

• Coordinate technical deliveries, milestones, dependencies, responsibilities, and follow-up across teams and stakeholders.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove obstacles, and support effective collaboration.
• Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, epics, user stories, and refinement.
• Plan and coordinate testing, follow up on defects, and help ensure delivery quality.
• Coordinate security, compliance, governance, documentation, releases, operational issues, and transitions from development into operation.
• Maintain recurring activity schedules and keep customers, business stakeholders, and hirify.global informed, including support for external communication when needed.

Requirements

• Experience coordinating complex IT deliveries, technical project management, delivery management, or Scrum Master work with broader delivery responsibility.
• A track record of creating structure and progress across IT projects or software teams.
• Practical experience with agile delivery and Scrum facilitation.
• Experience supporting backlog refinement, prioritisation, and requirements clarification.
• Experience planning or coordinating testing and quality assurance.
• Understanding of software architecture, integrations, releases, and operational dependencies.
• Ability to coordinate security, compliance, and governance activities with specialist colleagues.
• Clear communication, sound judgement, confidence following up on commitments, and the ability to translate technical discussions into clear actions and decisions.
• Fluency in Danish, spoken and written, and professional proficiency in English.

• Experience from public-sector organisations or environments with formal governance and documentation requirements.
