Student Worker - EQ Project Management Team

What you will do

• Prepare agendas, presentations, and materials for leadership, status review, and project meetings.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze milestone, resource, risk, and financial information.
• Maintain portfolio dashboards, KPIs, management reports, and action trackers.
• Follow up on actions, decisions, risks, and dependencies with project managers and stakeholders.
• Support project governance, planning cycles, workshops, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate communication and documentation across engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and commercial functions.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to structure complex information.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills, with confidence working across functions and cultures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, service-minded, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
