AI Engineer - 6-month internship (H/F)

Location: Paris, France; hybrid work model with regular collaboration from the Paris office

Salary: €1,500 per month for a 6-month full-time internship

What you will do

• Translate business requirements and technical challenges identified with the AI Go-to-Market team, customers, product teams, and domain experts into solution architectures.
• Design context-aware agents and build MCP servers and tools that safely expose enterprise systems to AI.
• Architect orchestration workflows connecting agents, applications, and people.
• Connect AI capabilities with hirify.global technologies, ERP platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Evaluate, harden, document, and scale solutions for reliability, security, performance, and enterprise-grade quality.

Requirements

• Final-year engineering or Master’s student, apprentice, or graduate.
• Up to two years of experience, including experience from internships, apprenticeships, or an initial role in software engineering, AI, data, or enterprise software development; previous experience is valuable but not mandatory.
• Fluent English and French.
• Interest in Agentic AI, LLMs, and modern software engineering.
• Ability to write code, learn unfamiliar technologies, think in systems, and turn ambiguous problems into working systems.
• Interest in understanding business domains and collaborating with engineers, business experts, and customers.
