Employee Augmentation & AI Agents Intern – Toulouse (F/M)

Location: Toulouse, France; hybrid work with 2 remote days per week

Compensation: €1,200 gross per month, plus restaurant vouchers and CSE benefits.

What you will do

• Meet business teams to understand workflows and identify high-value employee-augmentation use cases.
• Design and deploy AI agents connected to Google Workspace, Jira, APIs, and internal knowledge bases.
• Run pilots with real users, collect feedback, and improve agent usefulness, reliability, and integration quality.
• Define permissions, data protection, quality, and human-oversight guardrails with the IT team.
• Create demonstrations, onboarding materials, and adoption metrics to support daily use of AI agents.

Requirements

• Final-year Master’s student in AI, software engineering, product, or a related field.
• Meaningful prior professional experience through an apprenticeship, internship, freelance work, or delivered projects.
• Hands-on experience with LLM or agent tooling, APIs, and integrations.
• Comfort with Google Workspace, Jira, or comparable SaaS tools, and the ability to turn user needs into working prototypes.
• Professional English and French required.
• Maturity, credibility with experienced employees, active listening, autonomy, structured thinking, and the ability to explain ideas and drive change.
