Business Developer (Telecom)

Location: Belgium; travel across Belgium is required when needed.

What you will do

• Expand the B2B and SME customer base in Belgium by presenting the full hirify.global portfolio.
• Prospect targeted business customers, attend meetings, and close corporate sales.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
• Contribute to growth in Belgium and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in telecom, IT, or related services.
• Fluent Dutch; English required.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and handle challenges.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and travel across Belgium when needed.

Nice to have

• French language skills.
