Business Analyst (Banking Experience)

Location: Home Spain; hybrid workplace

Salary: €28,000–€60,000 per year

What you will do

• Translate business requirements and functional specifications into configurable platform solutions.
• Design and maintain onboarding, KYC, AML, Client Lifecycle Management, and regulatory compliance processes.
• Configure workflows, business rules, forms, data structures, and case management functionality using best practices.
• Plan and execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on design and implementation decisions.
• Support release planning, deployments, post-production activities, documentation, and continuous platform improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience configuring solutions in financial services environments.
• Experience in Securities Services, Asset Management, or wealth management, including Private Banking.
• Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence, and regulatory onboarding processes.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, data structures, and case management functionality within Fenergo.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
