Strategy Associate

Location: Hybrid in Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain; relocation opportunities may arise for launches or projects in the United States, Brazil, or other operating markets.

What you will do

• Support Leadership Team, Extended Leadership, and Board meetings through preparation, follow-up, strategic briefings, memos, analyses, and presentations.
• Analyze data, build insights, and create metrics and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
• Evaluate international markets, new product or service verticals, strategic partnerships, and potential M&A opportunities.
• Drive strategic projects from idea to execution, coordinating stakeholders across markets and aligning global strategy with local execution.
• Track strategic initiatives and leadership priorities, ensuring follow-through and accountability.
• Support organizational structures, operating rhythms, and systems that improve alignment, transparency, and strategic clarity.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment such as a high-growth startup, strategy, consulting, or investment banking.
• Experience with complex cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to build structured analyses, models, and strategic frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency with presentations and spreadsheets.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate in a fast-moving environment.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, proactive, accountable, curious, intellectually humble, and eager to learn.
• Strong collaboration skills, including the ability to build trust with senior leaders and work across functions.
• Structured and rigorous thinking, with the ability to bring clarity to complex problems.
