Functional Consultant (Fintech)

What you will do

• Gather and analyze customer business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design and configure solutions for customer needs.
• Conduct product demonstrations and customer training sessions.
• Support testing and quality assurance, troubleshoot customer issues, and implement enhancements.
• Document processes, configurations, and customizations while staying current with relevant industry trends and technologies.
• Support pre-sales through solution presentations and proposal development, and communicate with customers and internal teams to manage expectations and project milestones.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of functional consulting experience in the fintech industry.
• Experience with enterprise software implementation projects, preferably involving ERP, CRM, or other business applications.
• Understanding of business processes and the ability to analyze and document complex requirements.
• Project management skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent professional written and verbal communication and client-facing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English.
