Consulting & Analytics Summer Intern (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Madrid, Spain, with at least 3 days in the office. Full, permanent right to work in Spain is required; hirify.global sponsorship is not provided.

Annual salary: €31,388. The position may also be eligible for bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Gather data and analyze market trends to develop business insights using hirify.global data analytics.
• Support hirify.global Consulting and Analytics projects for internal teams and clients across payments, digital products, and strategy.
• Help deliver benchmarking, ideation, implementation, and monitoring recommendations for clients.
• Develop client project deliverables in PowerPoint, Excel, and related formats with manager support.
• Work on an end-to-end internship project, business-as-usual activities, training, and a global social impact case challenge.

Requirements

• Be in the penultimate year of university, including further master's degrees or courses, with education completed in summer 2028.
• Have full, permanent right to work in Spain.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Interest in technology and the payments industry.
• Curious mindset and interest in solving problems, supported by strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Ability to derive insights from data analysis.
• Proactive, self-starting attitude, willingness to learn, creative thinking, and ability to identify new ways to innovate.
