Content Creator Apprenticeship - Level 3 (Digital Content)

Location: London - Television Centre; you must live within a commutable distance of the role. Learning blocks may be delivered in person and virtually, with possible travel to locations across the UK.

Salary: £24,650 plus £5,441 London Weighting.

What you will do

• Create trusted, high-quality content for hirify.global audiences.
• Research, write, produce, and edit content across a range of subjects and formats.
• Monitor audience trends and create content for social media platforms, including selecting and editing programme clips.
• Identify opportunities for short clips, behind-the-scenes moments, interviews, and talent-led extras.
• Complete practical learning blocks, workshops, presentations, tutorials, assignments, and collaborative group projects toward the Level 3 Content Creator apprenticeship qualification.

Requirements

• You must identify as deaf, disabled, or neurodivergent and meet the applicable Equality Act 2010 or Disability Discrimination Act 1995 definition.
• You must be at least 18 by the apprenticeship start in September 2027.
• You must have lived continuously in the UK for the three years before the apprenticeship starts and be legally eligible to work full-time in the UK for its entire duration.
• You must not currently be enrolled in another apprenticeship programme.
• The scheme is aimed at non-graduates; no prior learning is required.
• Applicants should bring creative ideas, follow content across TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, and adapt between serious issue-based content and high-energy entertainment.
• Applicants should be collaborative, organised, motivated, adaptable, comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and committed to completing the apprenticeship.
• Candidates under 19 on 8 September 2027 must have or obtain the required Maths and English GCSE, National 5, Functional Skills Level 2, or equivalent qualification.

• Existing relevant experience or qualifications may allow the individual learning plan to be adjusted and the apprenticeship to be completed in less time.
