hirify.global is an online school for children aged 4–12 where students learn English remotely with native teachers from the US and UK.

What you will do

• Review lesson drafts and completed lessons against intended learning outcomes.
• Assess logical flow, scaffolding, pacing, age and level suitability, and opportunities for meaningful practice.
• Review slides, instructions, teacher notes, and interactions for clarity and intuitive use.
• Identify unnatural, awkward, or overly formulaic English and propose specific wording or alternative activities.
• Explain editorial decisions, provide constructive feedback, and check creators’ revisions.
• Use AI and automation thoughtfully to support efficient and consistent editorial review.

Requirements

• At least three years’ experience editing or developing educational content.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree, such as Education, English, or Linguistics.
• Native-level English with an excellent ear for natural phrasing, dialogue, and age-appropriate language.
• Strong understanding of how learners build skills and what makes lessons effective and engaging.
• Ability to explain editorial decisions clearly and provide constructive, practical feedback.
• Clear communication, sound judgement, reliable organisation, and a collaborative approach.
• Confidence using AI tools and an open, critical approach to AI and useful automation.

Nice to have

• Experience with English language learning materials.
• Experience with interactive digital lessons.
